CIPR announces two new Chartered Public Relations Practitioners

The Chartered Institute of Public Relations has announced that Cornelius Alexander FCIPR and Charlotte Sansom MCIPR have both been awarded Chartered Public Relations Practitioner status.

Chartered Public Relations Practitioner is a senior professional status awarded to members of the CIPR who can demonstrate an outstanding level of professional practice and knowledge, along with a commitment to continuous learning.

Charlotte Sansom MCIPR is Public Relations & Corporate Communications Manager at DWF and a committee member of the CIPR’s Corporate and Financial Group.

Cornelius Alexander FCIPR has over 20 years experience in the Public Relations industry and until recently was the Media Relations Manager at London Probation Trust. Cornelius is a CIPR Council Member and has served as Chair of the CIPR's Diversity Working Group since 2010.

Sue Wolstenholme FCIPR, CIPR President
Both Charlotte and Cornelius were awarded Public Relations Chartered status because of their genuine drive and energy to be the best of the best. Charlotte submitted for the award because she wants employers to know they are getting the best they can by her earning the industry’s highest stamp of excellence. Cornelius wants to use Charter PR Practitioner status to continue to open doors and enable him to act as a catalyst for change and improve the profession through developing diversity and being a role model for others. My congratulations to them both.
