Internal Communications matters more than ever. Employees are ambassadors and if you get employee engagement and internal communications right, your business will be even better and more successful going forwards. Internal communications is thriving inside the CIPR and it is important that internal comms continues to be supported as a part of the wider PR and communications industry.
