CBI to run leadership programme day for CIPR members
Designed together with the CIPR, the CBI's leadership programme will allow CIPR members to better plan and prepare for external changes that will impact their business success – allowing them to minimise risk and maximise opportunity, ahead of their competitors.
This one-day workshop will focus on the key strategic issues that companies and organisations face in the year ahead, the challenges and opportunities your organisation may face from political change and how you can better anticipate and manage these risks.
The day will include sessions on:
- The changing political environment and why it matters to business
- The current political context
- UK and global economic outlook
- Technology and innovation climate in the UK
- Campaigning and influencing
We proudly and rightly define our profession as providing a strategic function. I'm delighted CIPR are able to offer this exclusive opportunity to members to help develop their skills and knowledge and to provide them with the confidence to achieve this.
This day could not be more timely - it has been designed to help individuals and organisations better read, understand and influence the political and policy context. I hope members take up this exclusive opportunity to tap into the unparalelled networks and experience of the CBI team.
Tickets are limited.
The event will take place on Friday 18 October, 9.45am-4.30pm. CBI Head Office, Cannon Place, 78 Cannon Street, London, EC4N 6HN.
