CIPR launches Members' Week 2024 with new webinar series
The Chartered Institute of Public Relations (CIPR) has launched its annual Members' Week, a week dedicated to celebrating its diverse community of members, with new member-exclusive learning resources, competitions, and activities.
Commencing on 15 July, each day the CIPR will publish new, member-exclusive webinars aimed at developing members’ knowledge and skills across key industry topics:
- Influencer relations
- Using data in public relations
- Employee advocacy
- Social media
- Visual storytelling
The Institute is also giving away 20 professional development prizes worth more than £5,000 with the Members’ Week giveaway offering a chance to win a free year of membership, or CIPR training courses which can be gifted to someone else. It is also running a promotion for new members to join at a discounted rate.
To celebrate the diversity of talent across its community, the CIPR has launched a new ‘Member Spotlight’ series on Instagram to showcase members’ professional achievements, the positive impact of the work they do, and the ways membership benefits their careers.
CIPR members are encouraged to join in the celebrations throughout the week on social media using the hashtag #CIPRMembersWeek.
Members' Week is first and foremost a celebration of our vibrant and diverse CIPR community. It's our way of saying thank you to the dedicated professionals who make our Institute what it is. Throughout this week of learning, sharing, and connecting, we aim to highlight the immense value our members bring to the PR profession and to society at large with the aim of fostering a stronger sense of community. It's an opportunity for all of us to reflect on our collective achievements and look forward to the exciting future we're shaping together in this constantly evolving field.
- As part of the celebrations, the CIPR is running a promotion for new members. Those joining by 31 July can save up to £75 when they use the code MembersWeek at checkout. T&Cs apply.
