CIPR publishes 2025 Annual Report - Shaping the Future of Public Relations
2025 was a year that asked a great deal of our profession. Trust came under strain from every direction, artificial intelligence rewrote how we work almost overnight, and the political ground kept shifting beneath us. Through all of it, the CIPR held its nerve and its purpose, championing ethical, expert public relations worthy of the public's confidence. This report tells the story of a profession meeting that moment, and of an Institute in good health and good heart.
Thank you to all our members for sticking with us, and to all our volunteers who dedicate so much of their time, expertise and effort in making the CIPR what it is.

About the Chartered Institute of Public Relations
Founded in 1948, the Chartered Institute of Public Relations (CIPR) is the world's only Royal Chartered professional body for public relations practitioners with over 11,000 members.
The CIPR advances professionalism in public relations by making its members accountable to their employers and the public through a code of conduct and searchable public register, setting standards through training, qualifications, awards and the production of best practice and skills guidance, facilitating Continuing Professional Development (CPD), and awarding Chartered Public Relations Practitioner status (Chart.PR).
