Government trade directory open to CIPR member applications

The Chartered Institute of Public Relations (CIPR) has been directly approached by the Department for International Trade (DIT) to offer its members the opportunity to be listed on the Government’s newly launched UK Investment Support Directory.

The Directory receives an average of 3,000 unique page views per month and is made up of specialists with experience in helping businesses set up or expand in the UK. It provides an opportunity for CIPR members and their organisations to expand their networks and increase their visibility to foreign investors across international markets. Successful applicants will be listed for free.

To receive a link to the application form please contact CIPR's PR and Policy Officer, Liam Taylor. The application deadline is 11:59pm, Friday 9th April.

This is a welcome move by the Government and we are proud to have been approached to offer this to our members. It highlights the high regard, and global demand, in the professional and ethical approach to business that is recognised within our membership. It also demonstrates the invaluable work public relations offers to organisations.

I hope members seize this opportunity to proudly shout about the expert advice to support you can offer to global investors who are looking to set up and grow their operations in the UK.

We are very pleased to announce that the Department for International Trade is expanding the UK Investment Support Directory, which connects global investors looking to set up and grow their operations in the UK with service providers who can offer expert advice to help them on their investment journey.

This is a fantastic opportunity to not only promote the expertise of the UK’s services sector to investors across the globe, but also to boost our support to foreign investors and drive investment into all parts of the UK as we Build Back Stronger. We are looking for applications from businesses across the UK in a range of service sectors.
