Staff promotions at the CIPR
Three staff members have been confirmed in new roles by the Chief Executive.
Phil Morgan has been promoted from Director of Policy and Communications to Deputy Chief Executive. Claire Bloomer has been promoted from HR and Facilities Manager to Director of HR and Facilities and will now attend Board and Council meetings. Andrew Ross has been promoted to Policy and Public Relations Manager.
The promotions have come at the end of the annual staff appraisal process. In each case, they maintain their current line management and other responsibilities.
I am pleased to able to announce the promotion of three members of staff who are currently providing outstanding service to members and support for the Institute’s volunteer leadership. Thanks to their leadership of staff and the strength of the knowledge and expertise displayed by Phil, Claire and Andy, these promotions are made with the support of the President, Board and Council.
